YOTEL has announced plans to open its first hotel in Belfast, set for late 2026. Located in the historic Shaftesbury Square, YOTEL Belfast will feature 165 tech-driven, space-efficient rooms,
including the brand’s signature SmartBed™ and SmartTVs. Guests can also enjoy a dynamic food and beverage concept, a 24/7 fitness center, and a meeting room.

Partnering with Andras Hotels, the £17 million project aims to boost Belfast’s tourism sector and regenerate Shaftesbury Square. Rajesh Rana,
Director of Andras Hotels, highlighted the hotel’s role in transforming the area and creating high-quality jobs for the local community.
YOTEL Belfast is part of the brand’s global expansion strategy, with other openings planned in Tokyo, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur.
