The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort, a four-star luxury hotel on Georgia’s Golden Isles, has unveiled a revitalized culinary program in collaboration with Chef Lindsay Autry, a three-time James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: South. The resort now boasts three distinct dining venues: Willet’s Lowcountry, Pour Tabby, and Salty’s, each offering a unique culinary experience.
Chef Autry, known for her Southern-meets-Mediterranean cooking style, designed new menus to feature the island’s bounty of local seafood and regional produce. “I was inspired by the overwhelming character and history of Jekyll Island,” Autry shared. “The goal with the new concepts was to celebrate that character, embrace regional produce and ingredients, and create experiences that will draw in Westin guests and visitors ready for a fresh take on dining on the island.”

New Dining Concepts
Willet’s Lowcountry: This restaurant celebrates coastal Southern cuisine, offering a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, including a screened-in veranda overlooking the ocean. Signature dishes include Pickled Georgia Shrimp, Seasonal Vegetable Brunswick Stew, and Sweet-Tea-Brined Fried Chicken. The weekend brunch menu features Southern favorites such as Buttermilk Waffles and Fried Green Tomato Eggs Benedict with Country Ham.
Pour Tabby: Adjacent to Willet’s Lowcountry, this bar and lounge provides an intimate space for enjoying signature cocktails like the Peach & Basil Smash and the Georgia Hurricane. The menu includes snacks, small plates, and shareables, with popular items such as Shrimp n’ Grits and Southern Tomato Tart.
Salty’s: Located poolside, Salty’s offers a casual menu with items like local redfish tacos, shrimp tacos with green tomato slaw, and pimiento cheese BLT sandwiches. Guests can enjoy their meals poolside, on the beach, or take them to go in bento boxes.
