Weller Development Partners and Pegasus Capital Advisors have revealed the masterplan and renderings for the $250M Six Senses Grand Bahama resort.
Set on 50 acres, the sustainable development will feature 70 villas, 28 branded residences, and a focus on wellness and resilience.

Designed by Gensler, the resort will include a Six Senses Spa, restaurants, event spaces, a beach club, and an oceanfront pool, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape.
Sustainability initiatives target LEED Silver certification, with energy conservation, native flora, and beach restoration. Construction begins late 2024, with an opening slated for 2026.
This project is expected to set new standards for sustainable tourism in The Bahamas while creating jobs and boosting the local economy.
