This integration will feature Viator’s 300,000+ tours, activities, and excursions on Amazon’s Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality offering.
Enhancing Guest Experiences with Alexa and Viator
Guests at participating hotels, resorts, and casinos will see popular local travel experiences displayed on an Echo Show device in their rooms. They can use voice and touch interactions to explore and book activities directly from their rooms, thanks to an intuitive QR code system.

A New Way to Plan and Book Travel Experiences

And while some like to book before their trips, many travelers prefer to leave room for spontaneity,” said Sarah Dines, chief commercial officer at Viator. “We’re thrilled to team up with Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality to bring Viator’s vast collection of travel experiences into guest rooms at hotels, resorts, and casinos.”
Benefits for Hoteliers and Guests
This collaboration enhances in-room concierge services, providing guests with more comfort, convenience, and control during their stays. It also offers a new revenue stream for hotels, as tours booked through the in-room Echo Show device generate revenue share for the hotel.

The integration is being deployed at Circa Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Availability and Future Plans
The Viator experience on Alexa is currently available for hospitality providers in the U.S., with plans for international availability over time.
