Many travelers are embracing the season for celebrations, as 91% plan to participate in winter festivals and holiday activities, typically spending three to seven nights away to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere.

For domestic travel, New York City tops the list, followed by Las Vegas and Orlando, while Cancun, Punta Cana, and Cabo San Lucas lead as international favorites. Notably, a growing trend sees winter holidays as primary vacation opportunities, with 28% planning multi-city trips.
Tripadvisor data also highlights the flexibility among travelers, with 85% open to various destinations as they seek unique experiences.
Budget allocations remain robust, with 93% of travelers planning to spend the same or more than last year, prioritizing activities as essential travel elements.
