These pre-, mid-, and post-cruise extensions offer immersive, land-based experiences across Africa’s most captivating destinations, enhancing the traditional cruise itinerary with deeper exploration opportunities.
Guests can embark on luxurious safaris to view Africa’s “Big Five” in Botswana, Namibia, and other regions, staying in unique properties and national parks such as Kariega Game Reserve, Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, and Onguma The Fort. Additionally, exclusive wine experiences at La Residence Wine Estate in Franschhoek include gourmet dining and wine tastings during four-day pre- and post-cruise stays.

Grootbos Private Nature Reserve (4-Day Post-Cruise Journey)
Starting January 28, 2025, guests can experience Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, renowned for conservation efforts and luxurious accommodations. The journey includes botanical hikes, 4×4 flower safaris, marine safaris, and wine tastings.
