Regent Hotels & Resorts, part of IHG’s luxury portfolio, has reopened in the U.S. with the debut of Regent Santa Monica Beach.
This beachfront resort, just steps from the Santa Monica Pier, combines LA glamour with coastal elegance and is the first Regent property in the Americas.

The resort offers 167 spacious rooms, most with ocean views, including the 3,200-square-foot Santa Monica Presidential Suite.
Dining options include the Mediterranean-inspired Orla by chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s Sweet July Café. The 10,000-square-foot Guerlain Wellness Spa adds to the resort’s focus on luxury.
General Manager Younes Atallah highlighted the brand’s legendary hospitality, while Tom Rowntree of IHG described the opening as a new era for luxury in Southern California. Rooms start at $1,100 per night, with IHG One Rewards available for guests.
