Raffles Hotels & Resorts has unveiled Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the country’s first all-villa resort, offering a luxurious retreat amid the lush greenery of Sentosa Island.
Developed in partnership with the Royal Group, the new resort builds on the legacy of the iconic Raffles brand, which was founded in Singapore in 1887.
Set on 100,000 square metres of tropical landscape, the resort features 62 villas, each with a private pool and terrace. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the accommodations range from one-bedroom retreats to the opulent four-bedroom Royal Villa.

Guests can enjoy panoramic views, an immersive connection with nature, and the renowned Raffles Butler Service, ensuring an unparalleled level of hospitality.
The resort places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, with Raffles Sentosa Spa housed in a transformed heritage building. Offering 13 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy, mindfulness programs, and an extensive fitness centre, the spa provides a sanctuary for relaxation. Guests also benefit from access to Sentosa Golf Club and direct entry to Tanjong Beach.
Dining at Raffles Sentosa Singapore is an experience in itself, with five distinctive restaurants and lounges. Empire Grill, led by Chef Bjoern Alexander, presents modern Italian cuisine, while Royal China offers refined Cantonese dishes by Executive Chef Ling Heng Yao.
Iyasaka by Hashida delivers an authentic Japanese omakase experience, and the Chairman’s Room provides a sophisticated setting for fine wines and spirits. The resort also introduces the Sentosa Sling, a sustainable twist on the classic Singapore Sling, using upcycled ingredients from the hotel’s gardens.
Designed as a premier destination for weddings and events, the resort features two state-of-the-art ballrooms, the largest accommodating up to 400 guests, set against the stunning natural backdrop of Sentosa Island.
Marking the grand opening, Raffles Sentosa Singapore is offering a Welcome Home package, available for bookings from March 1 to May 31, 2025, with stays until September 30, 2025. The package includes private transfers, daily breakfast, and a complimentary Sentosa Sling, with rates starting at SGD 1,698 per night.
This opening marks Raffles’ second property in Singapore, reinforcing its legacy of world-class hospitality while offering a new level of luxury and privacy in one of the city’s most sought-after destinations.
