This October, horror fans can experience a spine-tingling stay at the iconic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado, with Peacock’s “OVERNIGHTMARE” in partnership with Blumhouse.
From October 18–20, the infamous hotel—known for its eerie atmosphere—will host an immersive horror event featuring themed rooms inspired by Blumhouse films Insidious, The Purge, Happy Death Day, and Freaky.

Guests checking into The Lodge at The Stanley will be greeted by a “concierge-scare-ge” and encounter frights throughout the hotel. Special features include a spooky salon themed around the upcoming Peacock series Teacup by James Wan’s Atomic Monster and a Blumhouse Bar, where fans can enjoy drinks and play the studio’s upcoming horror video game, Fear the Spotlight
After dark, guests will be pulled from their rooms for personalized immersive horror experiences based on the four films, ranging from mild thrills to full nightmare scenarios, ensuring there’s something for all horror enthusiasts. The experience also includes screenings of Teacup, debuting October 10.
Those who dare to book the weekend package will enjoy a two-night stay, interactive scare experiences, complimentary meals, and more. Horror fans unable to attend can stream Blumhouse favorites like Insidious, Halloween Kills, and The Purge on Peacock, with more arriving October 1.
