Orfali Bros Bistro in Dubai has been named the best restaurant in the Middle East & North Africa for the third consecutive year at the 2025 MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, held in Abu Dhabi.
The event, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna and hosted in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, celebrated the region’s top dining destinations across 11 cities.

Founded by Syrian-born brothers Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar Orfali, Orfali Bros Bistro blends Aleppian flavors with Dubai’s dynamic food scene. It retains its crown ahead of Trèsind Studio (No.2) and Kinoya (No.3), while Khufu’s in Cairo (No.4) is named Best Restaurant in Egypt.
The UAE dominated the list, with 22 entries, followed by Egypt (7), Jordan (6), Saudi Arabia and Morocco (5 each).
Special awards went to Tala Bashmi (Estrella Damm N.A. Chefs’ Choice Award) and Boca in Dubai (Sustainable Restaurant Award), while Omar Shihab of Boca received the Icon Award for championing sustainability.
The awards, voted on by 250 industry experts, highlight the region’s evolving gastronomy and growing international influence.
