Nobu Hospitality has unveiled plans for a new luxury mixed-use project in Oman—Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat—in collaboration with Enevoria Development and the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group).
Located on Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometers from Muscat’s city center, the development marks Nobu’s second venture with Enevoria, following their Al Marjan Island project.
Spanning over 60,000 square meters, the Muscat site will feature an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature restaurant, spa and fitness facilities, swimming pools, and a Nobu beach club.

A select number of branded residences will also form part of the coastal community, offering exclusive amenities and sweeping sea views.
Set against Oman’s dramatic landscapes—from the Al Hajar Mountains to the Indian Ocean—the destination reflects the nation’s blend of heritage and luxury. The project reinforces Nobu’s commitment to the region, adding to its growing footprint in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, described Oman as a “truly special destination,” highlighting the brand’s ambition to lead in luxury lifestyle developments.
Evgeniy Yakubovskii, CEO of Enevoria Development, added that the project will be a landmark of design and hospitality excellence.
Nobu’s expansion into Muscat adds to its global portfolio of 46 hotels and 20 branded residences worldwide.
