The project, set to break ground in late 2025, will feature multi-family housing, a hotel, retail, entertainment venues, and a youth sports center.
This initiative, developed in partnership with the State of New Jersey and Darby Development LLC, aims to revitalize the area around the historic racetrack, transforming it into a year-round destination.
