Released on April 21, 2025, the guide is distributed in print at all MIMARU hotels and digitally via their official website and Good Luck Trip. It covers accessible routes and facilities in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, and features engaging visuals, travel columns, and vibrant photos that reflect a distinctly Japanese storytelling style.

Beyond being a guidebook, the initiative supports MIMARU’s broader mission to create a more inclusive travel environment. The brand’s accessible tourism efforts include spacious apartment-style accommodations equipped with kitchens, staff trained in universal manners, and collaborations with accessibility experts.

These efforts align with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 11 for inclusive and sustainable cities.

The guide offers seasonal highlights, barrier-free access tips, transportation advice, and QR codes for regular updates. It’s designed to bridge the information gap in accessible travel and encourage more people to confidently explore Japan, believing, “Now, it’s my turn to explore.”
