Marriott International has announced a significant expansion of its branded residential portfolio in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The hospitality giant now has 70 projects in the region, including 43 in its development pipeline and 27 open properties, reflecting growing demand for luxury living experiences.

In the past two years, Marriott has signed 26 agreements for new branded residences in iconic destinations, doubling its growth rate compared to the previous two years. Projects range from The St. Regis Residences, Casares, Costa del Sol in Spain to urban developments like the W Residences at Dubai Harbour, showcasing the diversity of the portfolio.
