A 22-year-old woman has revealed she jetted off to party island, Ibiza, with her grandmother.
Shaina Lawry says she had the “best” 10 days with 79-year-old, Margaret, who has always loved the clubbing destination.
Shaina wanted it to be just the two of them, as they visited the island together for a holiday when she was a child in 2006.

They stayed in Es Cana at an all-inclusive hotel, where Shaina’s nan, Margaret Holt, enjoyed her alcoholic beverages and danced the night away.
She accompanied her granddaughter to the outdoor Ibiza superclub, Ushuaïa, in Playa d’en Bossa, where DJs, such as Calvin Harris and David Guetta, regularly play.
Margaret even danced to the likes of Skepta and Peggy Gou, which Shaina says was one of her favourite moments from their trip.
“My nan loved our trip to Ibiza and we had the best time,” Shaina, from Cornwall, told Luxury Travel Daily.
“She enjoyed the event we went to, and we drank plenty over the ten days we were there, and made use of the all-inclusive drinks.
“My grandma and I actually went to Ibiza in 2006 when I was four, and we stayed in Es Cana.
“She has always loved Ibiza. My favourite moment was her dancing in Ushuaïa to Peggy Gou.
“We had a great time. She is just amazing for her age. I can’t believe she’s turning 80 soon.”
Shaina, who works as a healthcare assistant, said she’ll definitely be taking Margaret back to Ibiza in the future.
They flew from Bristol airport on 4 October 2023, before returning home on 14 October 2023.
After Shaina shared a clip of her nan living it up in Ibiza online, viewers were quick to express how cool they thought Margaret was.
Meg wrote: “She is an ICON.”
Chanté said: “Glad you’ll have this memory of you and her forever.”
“She looks amazing,” commented Sherrie.
Cole added: “She’s not a regular nan, she’s a cool nan.”
“Legend. Love it,” penned James.
