Freedomverse, a leading innovator in Web3 technology, has announced a strategic partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to launch the “Discover Thailand by Amazing Thailand x Freedom World” campaign. This initiative introduces the groundbreaking Freedom World mobile application, designed to revolutionize travel experiences through community-driven engagement and advanced Web3 technology.

The app, aimed at both domestic and international travelers, initially focuses on Koh Samui and its neighboring islands, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. These destinations will be highlighted during Thailand’s Green Season, from July to October 2024, as part of an effort to stimulate tourism. The ultimate goal is to position Thailand as a leader in integrating technology with travel.

The Freedom World app, available in Thai and English, features push notifications for real-time updates on events and promotions, interactive maps, and gamified activities with rewards. It also offers community-building functionalities, allowing users to connect with fellow travelers and local businesses. By joining the campaign, local merchants can contribute to curated experiences and engage with the app’s community.

Somradee Chitchong, Deputy Governor for Domestic Marketing at TAT, emphasized the partnership’s alignment with TAT’s strategic goals for 2024. “Our focus is on quality and sustainable transformation,” Chitchong said. “This partnership provides a digital platform that enhances travel experiences for the new generation of travelers.”
