Signature offerings include expertly crafted nigiri, house-made dashi, and fresh wasabi hand-grated tableside. The Mystery Box, sourced weekly from Japan’s Misaki Megumi Suisan market, introduces rare seafood varieties, ensuring an ever-evolving omakase experience.

A curated beverage program complements the menu, featuring exclusive sake like the Sohomare Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo “Tuxedo”, alongside premium Japanese beers and inspired cocktails.

The dessert menu, crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Ashish Thalakkat, showcases elegant creations such as the Hōseki-Bako “Jewel Box”, alongside playful street-food-inspired treats like Taiyaki and Mochi Donuts.

Designed by Atelier Pond, KOMO’s striking aesthetic takes cues from Maui’s volcanic landscape, featuring lava stone, quartzite, and marble, while warm lighting and strategic mirrors amplify the island’s legendary sunsets.

“KOMO adds an exciting new chapter to Four Seasons Resort Maui’s legacy of exceptional dining,” says General Manager Ben Shank. “It’s a place where world-class Japanese cuisine meets Hawaiian hospitality in a setting that captures Maui’s magic.”

KOMO joins the resort’s acclaimed Ferraro’s Restaurant & Bar and Spago Maui and welcomes guests from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For reservations, visit fourseasons.com/maui or call (808) 874-8000.
