Set within the serene Wellness Shala, this initiative brings renowned experts from around the world to deliver transformative experiences in yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and energy practices.

Each month-long residency features global wellness leaders offering personalized, life-enriching sessions. January kicks off with Koya Webb, blending yoga and energy work with plant-based nutrition, followed by February’s yoga therapy by Kristyna Paulus.
Highlights include Daniel Byrne’s sound journeys in March, Rashia Bell’s crystal healing in April, and Alejandra Ulate’s mantra and acroyoga in June.
