Events.com has acquired the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival, expanding its presence in Southern California’s live event scene.
The company is also introducing new camping packages for the festival, set for June 20-22, 2025. Fans can now reserve campsites through an interactive map at TemeculaValleyFestival.com.
Held at Lake Skinner Recreation Area, the festival attracts thousands annually with hot air balloon displays, wine tastings, and top-tier entertainment.

The 2025 edition will offer an expanded three-day experience, faster check-ins, and a third music stage. The performer lineup and full schedule will be announced soon.
Under Events.com’s ownership, festivalgoers can expect a seamless digital experience, including real-time updates and AI-driven event management tools. The company also plans to enhance community support through revenue-sharing, benefiting local organizations.

This acquisition aligns with Events.com’s broader expansion strategy as it prepares for a public listing via a merger with Concord Acquisition Corp. II, expected to close in 2025.
