Wellness seekers will converge on The Palm Beaches from November 1-3, 2024, for the inaugural Eudēmonia Summit, a groundbreaking event dedicated to health and wellbeing. Inspired by the Greek word for “life well lived,” Eudēmonia will focus on five elements of human flourishing: movement, nourishment, mental optimization, restoration, and connection.
The summit will feature science-based talks from leading experts in health and longevity, including Andrew Huberman, Ph.D., Mark Hyman, M.D., Siddhartha Mukherjee, M.D., Sara Gottfried, M.D., Uma Naidoo, M.D., Gabrielle Lyon, D.O., Jeffrey Bland, Ph.D., Jillian Michaels, Dave Asprey, and Michael Breus, Ph.D., with more to be announced. Attendees can participate in workouts led by fitness icons like Jillian Michaels and Adriene Mishler, mindfulness sessions with Dan Harris, spa treatments, and the EXPOSŌME wellness expo showcasing over 100 cutting-edge brands such as Function Health, AG1, Seed, and Parsley Health.
Eudēmonia will be the first wellness summit to measure attendees’ baseline health through Basecamp, an on-site biometric testing center in partnership with Function Health. Expert staff will provide personalized health insights, enhancing the summit experience.

Wanderlust Festival Founders Introduce Eudēmonia Summit in West Palm Beach The event is a collaboration between the founders of Wanderlust Festival, known for pioneering global wellness events, and Discover The Palm Beaches, the official tourism marketing organization for the area. The Palm Beaches, comprising 39 charming cities and towns in Palm Beach County, is just north of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, accessible via Brightline train or a short drive.

Eudēmonia will take place at the luxurious Hilton West Palm Beach hotel and the Palm Beach County Convention Center (PBCCC), offering half a million square feet of venues. The event is expected to draw over 3,000 guests, with various ticket options available:
