Crescent Heights has announced Crescent Seas, a new ultra-luxury residential venture at sea, with its first ship, the Navigator, launching in December 2026.
In partnership with affiliates of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, the ship will undergo a $50 million transformation led by Lissoni & Partners, Journey, and MAWD, creating 210 private residences priced between $750,000 and $8 million.

Designed for travelers who want to live at sea, Crescent Seas offers long global itineraries, white-glove butler service, and Starlink internet for remote living. Sales open April 9, with a gallery in Miami.
Led by Crescent Heights co-founder Russell W. Galbut, who brings decades of real estate and cruise industry experience, Crescent Seas aims to redefine maritime living. “People kept telling us they wanted to live this lifestyle,” said Galbut. “Now, we’re making it possible.”
Residents will travel to destinations such as French Polynesia, the Faroe Islands, and Madagascar, staying 2–3 days in each port. Operations and hospitality will be managed by The Apollo Group, ensuring high standards.
Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, welcomed the agreement, noting it allows Navigator to continue delighting guests as the company expands its fleet.
Crescent Seas is backed by GFO Investments, Galbut’s global family office. Four additional luxury ships are planned over the next five years.
