A man has gone viral after sharing his luxurious hotel stay in Spain –dubbing it “HMP Benidorm”.
Grumet, as he is known, regularly shares his antics while visiting the party destination with his 314,000 followers (@benidorm_grumet ).
During his most recent visit to the seaside resort, he booked himself into a luxurious hotel.
But when arriving, he compared it to a prison, nicknaming it “HMP Benidorm”.
In the clip, which has racked up 2.1m views and 159,000 likes, he shows the inside of the hotel where the foyer area is made up of white walls and metal bars.
He then films his friends and asks how long they’re in for.
One of them answers: “For selling a dodgy fire stick”.
Graham told Luxury Travel Daily: “I wouldn’t stay here again.

“I’ve not been to prison, but I’ve seen TV programmes and this was no different.
“The landing stood out the most.
“As soon as I saw it, I said this isn’t a apartment, it’s a prison.
“I nicknamed it HMP Benidorm.
“I mean it’s not a bad place to stay if you got a room looking at the old town of Benidorm – it would be ideal.
“But ours was so bad. Our view literally a prison wall.”
One social media user said: “Even sounds like a jail.”

Another person joked: “My grandad got remanded there for TV license.”

Linda added: “Damn funny.”
