Beaches Resorts is set to double its footprint within five years, investing nearly $1 billion to expand its family-friendly, all-inclusive brand.
New resorts are planned for Barbados, The Bahamas, and Jamaica, alongside the debut of Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos.
Beaches Barbados, breaking ground in late 2025, will offer 600 luxury rooms and a Main Street with dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Beaches Exuma in The Bahamas will transform Sandals Emerald Bay into a family-focused resort with multi-bedroom villa suites, 12 restaurants, and a splash park. Beaches Runaway Bay in Jamaica will feature 400 suites and villas, new family activities, and access to Runaway Bay Golf Club.

At Beaches Turks & Caicos, Treasure Beach Village will add 101 suite-style accommodations, including four-bedroom beachfront villas, plus a food hall and Butch’s Island Chophouse. Reservations are now open.
