Atlantis Paradise Island has unveiled the culinary talent and events for the 2025 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF), taking place March 12–16, 2025. Tickets are now available at npiwff.org.
Renowned for its world-class dining, Atlantis Paradise Island will host a lineup of Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs, as well as top Bahamian culinary talents.
New for 2025, the festival welcomes Bobby Flay, Kardea Brown, Katie Lee, and Michael Symon, alongside returning favorites José Andrés, JJ Johnson, Alon Shaya, and Michael White.

Festival highlights include:
- Jerk Jam – A Caribbean culinary celebration with JJ Johnson, Kardea Brown, and a performance by Shaggy.
- Tacos & Tequila – Hosted by Michael Symon and Tony Abou-Ganim, featuring a live set by Baha Men.
- Taste of Paradise – A showcase of local Bahamian and celebrity chef dishes, starring Bobby Flay.
- Wine Dinner with Bobby Flay – An intimate dining experience on Ocean’s Edge bluff.
- Conch Tales with José Andrés – A deep dive into Bahamian cuisine at FISH by José Andrés.
- Island Food Tour – A guided tasting experience across top Nassau restaurants with Michael Symon.
NPIWFF also spotlights local chefs and restaurants, including Sip Sip, McKenzie’s Conch Shack, and The Dilly Club, alongside Atlantis’ acclaimed dining spots such as Paranza, Café Martinique, and Silan.
The festival supports the Atlantis Blue Project Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to marine conservation. Lee Brian Schrager, founder of the South Beach and New York City Wine & Food Festivals, and Randy Fisher of CREaM return to lead the event.
