AC Hotels by Marriott has launched a new customizable Cava sparkling wine program at select properties across the U.S. and Canada, blending Spanish tradition with contemporary cocktail crafting.
Now available at the AC Lounge, guests can enjoy Cava cocktails tailored to their tastes or choose from five curated Mediterranean-inspired recipes, prepared by expert bartenders.

With flavor options like the classic “Angostura and lemon twist,” tropical “Hawaiian,” and the floral “Lavender,” the Cava experience offers something for all palates. This nod to the brand’s Spanish roots lets guests explore Cava’s heritage through a refreshing beverage selection, designed to elevate the AC Hotel experience.
“With these new Cava offerings, we aim to transport guests to Spain, the birthplace of AC Hotels, through every sip,” said Marlon A Whyte, Global Brand Leader for AC Hotels by Marriott.
Currently available at 11 properties, including AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront and AC Hotel Washington DC Downtown, the Cava experience will expand to more locations globally through 2025.
This launch complements AC Hotels’ signature European-inspired ambiance, which features Spanish tapas, imported croissants, and curated spaces dedicated to sophisticated relaxation.
