A new luxury destination is set to open in Miami Beach in May 2025 with the debut of Donatella Boutique Hotel and Restaurant.
Developed by the Nakash Group—creators of The Setai and the iconic Versace Mansion—alongside Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group, the new property channels timeless elegance and historic charm in the heart of the Art Deco district.
Located at 1350 Collins Ave, the boutique hotel occupies a 1922 building by architect Wallace Tutt, who also designed the Versace Mansion.
