The revamped Marisol, an indoor-outdoor restaurant with panoramic ocean views, will focus on Mediterranean-inspired seafood. Chef Johnny Spero, known for his expertise in raw bar cuisine and acclaimed D.C. restaurant Reverie, brings globally inspired flavors and innovative presentation to Marisol’s menu.

Signature dishes will include Shellfish Towers, lamb chops with tzatziki, and Greek-inspired spreads such as French Whipped Feta and Muhammara.

Guests can also enjoy Mediterranean cocktails on the terrace, designed by Miami-based Urban Robot Associates with touches of golden ochre and whitewashed woods to evoke coastal elegance.

Marisol’s debut will be complemented by Onda, an adults-only, sand-side restaurant led this season by Adriano Venturini of the Dominican Republic’s Eden Roc Cap Cana. Onda’s menu celebrates tropical flavors with dishes like Langosta al Coco, featuring Maine lobster in creamy coconut sauce, and Pescado Boca Chica, a deep-fried snapper with plantains, avocado salsa, and lime.

The new dining options reflect The Boca Raton’s ongoing transformation, which began with a $250 million renovation of the Harborside area. Collaborations with culinary icons like Major Food Group have positioned The Boca Raton as a dining destination, with acclaimed venues like Sadelle’s, The Flamingo Grill, and Principessa Ristorante.

Beach Club’s latest additions, including Marisol and Onda, extend this legacy, enhancing the resort’s culinary portfolio and commitment to luxury hospitality.

The Boca Raton, founded in 1926 and reimagined for its upcoming centennial, spans 200 waterfront acres with five hotels, a private beach, seven pools, a marina, golf course, and the Forbes Five-Star Spa Palmera. The property’s facilities and exclusive culinary offerings are available to members and guests of The Boca Raton Club.
