The new app, developed by Hudini, integrates various guest services—such as check-in, room service, and activity bookings—into a single platform, providing a seamless and personalized stay. The app uses guest interaction data to offer curated recommendations, further elevating the luxury experience.
Key outcomes from the launch include:
- A 90% success rate for digital key access, surpassing industry standards.
- 25 million guest interactions, with over 13,000 users engaging monthly.
- Guests spent an average of 14 minutes personalizing their stay.
- Over 25,000 in-room dining orders and 11,000 housekeeping requests were processed via the app, showcasing its efficiency.
