Ontario International Airport (ONT) has been recognized as one of North America’s top mid-sized airports in J.D. Power’s 2024 North American Airport Satisfaction Survey.
ONT ranked No. 4 for overall satisfaction among mid-sized airports and No. 2 in California across all sizes. Notably, the airport secured the No. 1 spot for “level of trust” among mid-sized airports.

The rankings highlight ONT’s excellence in ease of travel and arrival experience, underscoring its popularity among passengers.
ONT’s CEO, Atif Elkadi, expressed pride in the recognition, crediting the airport’s dedicated staff and focus on delivering a world-class passenger experience.
ONT has seen 42 consecutive months of passenger growth and is set to exceed 7 million passengers in 2024. It also ranks among the Top 10 U.S. cargo airports.
