Harvest Hosts, a membership program renowned for offering RVers access to over 5,000 unique camping locations, is hiring a Chief Retirement Officer. This role involves exploring North America in a fully furnished fifth-wheel RV, with the goal of showcasing how to maximize retirement enjoyment – no age restriction required.
The Chief Retirement Officer will be tasked with visiting an array of Harvest Hosts locations, including wineries, breweries, farms, museums, golf courses, and small businesses. The chosen candidate will create content to highlight the best of retirement life on the road, capturing scenic views, local charm, and the overall RV experience.

Joel Holland, CEO of Harvest Hosts, shared his personal journey from corporate burnout to discovering his passion for RVing and Harvest Hosts. “I hope to give someone else the same opportunity as our Chief Retirement Officer,” he said.
Role Responsibilities:
- Discover and share the best retirement experiences, from top dinner deals to clean and scenic rest stops.
- Identify and document the most relaxing spots in North America, creating the ultimate road trip schedules.
- Capture and share weekly content showcasing memorable moments and Harvest Hosts locations.
- Participate in quarterly company meetings to highlight the benefits of retirement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse community.
- Passion for road trips, camping, and exploring new places.
- Ability to relax and enjoy leisure activities like birdwatching, knitting, or pickleball.
- Must be 30+ with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a love for adventure.
